COURSE DESCRIPTION

Michelle Glass has developed and authored the Daily Parts Meditation Practice™: A Journey of Embodied Integration for Clients and Therapists, which has become a valuable deep embodiment method of the IFS Model and healing integration.

PDMP™ contains six integration tools: Part Timelines, Part Maps, Part Catalog Cards, Part Biographies, PDMP™ Meditation(s), and Part Externalizations.

This training will offer

  • Different tools to help organize the process between sessions.
  • Ways to improve integration.
  • Parts mapping module.
  • Mini-practice sessions of the tools.

Trainers

Michelle Glass

He is a Certified IFS Practitioner (Level III) and Alternative Counselor in Eugene /
Oregon, with 18 years of experience in IFS. He has accumulated more than 380 hours of direct study with Richard Schwartz, PhD, founder of IFS. Michelle used IFS to heal from the consequences of childhood abuse and complex PTSD.

She has developed and is the author of Daily Parts Meditation Practice™: A Journey of Embodied Integration for Clients and Therapists, trademarked Spring 2022. The PDMP™ contains six integration tools. Additionally, Michelle earned a Certificate in Assisted Psychedelic Therapy from Naropa University and the Association
Multidisciplinary Program for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS). She was editor of OUTLOOK, the magazine of the Foundation for Self Leadership, for seven years. More information in https://thelistenerllc.com.
