COURSE DESCRIPTION
Over the past few years, our “usual modes of care” have had to change to adapt to the pandemic. You may have realized that your “usual mode of attention” is more malleable than you previously perceived.
Are you interested in taking steps to create a more conscious relationship with mindfulness and inner awareness?
If so, the Mystery School can help you in your adventure of being alive, in your body, your home, on our earth in relation to the whole.
We will explore our energetic bodies, getting to know Parts, and the themes that live in each chakra. Through processes such as tantric meditation, working with the parts, and a practice called Feeding Your Demons (Tsultrim Allione) we will work together to awaken the possibility of relieving parts and bring ourselves to a state of self-love and authenticity.
Trainers
Kay Gardner
She is a principal trainer in Internal Family Systems. She has directed many workshops, such as The Voyage of Persephone, Women and Their Mothers, Men and Their Mothers, and Sacred Theater for Couples, among many others.
Ted Cation
Ted is an Internal Family Systems therapist trained in Hakomi psychotherapy. He was fortunate to be a student of Lynda Caesara, a well-known tantric energy healer and teacher.
