COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Advanced IFIO is a training of a total of 18 hours that expands and deepens the concepts and protocols explained in the Basic IFIO. Delve deeper into the insidious impact of shame on intimate relationships. Advanced IFIO training will hone the therapist's tools and skills, as well as their understanding of countertransference. There will be designated spaces for practice and for case consultation.

Trainers
Robin Warsh
Robin Warsh, MSW (she/her) has thirty years of clinical experience in Boston, MA, and has been an associate professor at Boston University of Social Work since 1992. She is a Certified IFS Therapist, having completed her training at IFIO in 2010 and has been an IFIO trainer since 2013. Her clinical practice is focused on helping individuals and couples heal from the legacy of early and complex trauma. To her wonderful grandchildren, she is “Mimi”.
Lonsdale Jewel
She is a bilingual (English/Spanish) psychotherapist and clinical consultant with 17 years of experience.
experience. He serves adult individuals, couples, and groups in his private practice in Boston, MA. She has experience in urban community mental health, especially with Latino immigrants and their families.
She has been an IFS therapist since 2012; She joined the Intimacy Inside Out staff in 2020 and was promoted to Assistant Trainer in 2023. She loves working with intercultural and interracial couples, GLBTQIA+ couples, and heterosexual couples impacted by trauma.
