Discover the potential of the IFS model applied in the workplace

This program offers a unique opportunity to apply the IFS approach and boost effectiveness in the workplace. What makes this workshop special is that no prior IFS experience is required to participate. Attendees will be able to explore the richness of the IFS model while immersing themselves in practical, experiential learning, acquiring tools to thrive in work, life, and their personal relationships.

By connecting with your AUTHENTIC SELF or ESSENTIAL BEINGParticipants will discover how to "act from within," accessing the clarity, confidence, and courage needed to face everyday challenges. Instead of relying on external sources, they will learn to tap into their inner strengths, allowing them to build a more balanced, conscious, and fulfilling life.

In this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Explore the key moments of your lifeand reflect on how the lessons learned have shaped their core values ​​and beliefs.
  • Identify your underlying values, assumptions, concerns, and beliefs, analyzing how these influence their behavior.
  • Practice deep listening and discover the transformative impact it has on others.
  • Expand your capacity to participate in effective dialogues, differentiating them from the usual discussions.
  • Learn the power of self-coaching and how to use it to change perspective.
  • Improve your personal and professional habits and practices, applying key concepts, tools and learnings.

Workshop structure:

The two-day workshop combines learning sessions with practical activities, including individual reflection, small-group exercises, and large-group discussions. A one-hour introductory session is also offered before the workshop begins, where participants can meet the facilitator, receive an overview of the program, and address any questions.

What is IFS?

Anna Tansi

She is an organizational development consultant with over 35 years of experience guiding companies through transformational change and providing coaching at the systemic, team, and individual levels. Anna works in a wide variety of industries, including education, healthcare, nonprofits, financial services, technology, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.

Since she began working with Richard Schwartz in 2010, she has integrated the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model into both her personal and professional practice. Anna specializes in designing workplace learning experiences and has facilitated various virtual and in-person workshops that combine IFS principles with her expertise in organizational effectiveness.

As an educational program facilitator, Anna is recognized for creating a safe and comfortable learning environment that fosters personalized development opportunities for each client. Her workshops feature real-life examples and a fun, humorous approach. She designs learning events with practical information, concrete tools, and applied exercises, enabling participants to immediately implement what they've learned.

An IFS Level 2 practitioner, she has played a key role in the development and improvement of the IFS Institute's Coaching Training Program. He has also regularly participated as a program assistant in IFS training initiatives both nationally and internationally.

A Connecticut resident, when she's not writing her book, she enjoys spending time outdoors.
