COURSE DESCRIPTION
Level I training will consist of theoretical explanations, demonstrations, experiential exercises, and small group practice and supervision.
Participants will be able to:
• Know the conceptual basis of the IFS model.
• Apply IFS techniques to various clinical groups or the helping relationship.
• Take advantage of the training to learn the parts of your own internal system and deepen your personal development.

Programming Languages
This Level I consists of 2 blocks of 7 days each of 42 hours, adding up to a total of 84 hours.
• Block 1: Thursday, September 28 to Sunday, October 1 / Friday, October 6 to Sunday, October 8, 2023.
• Block 2: Friday, November 24 to Sunday, November 26 / Thursday, November 30 to Sunday, December 3, 2023.

Pilar de la Torre
She has been a Gestalt psychologist and psychotherapist for more than twenty-five years. She is a certified trainer in the IFS model and co-founder of the IFS Institute. She organizes official IFS training in Spain.
She has supervision groups, and for fifteen years she has been accompanying individuals, families and couples in psychotherapy based on IFS.
She is founder and director of the Institute of Nonviolent Communication.
She is trained in body therapy.
He has experienced how IFS has transformed his life and the lives of many people he supports. He has a strong commitment to spreading this vision of the human being in the world.
Imma Lloret
Lead Trainer
Imma Lloret – She has been a psychologist and psychotherapist for more than 30 years in Barcelona. As co-founder of the IFS Institute, she organizes IFS trainings, supervises and facilitates groups along with her private practice where she offers individual and couples psychotherapy. Imma has worked as an associate professor in the Psychology degree at the UOC (Open University of Catalonia).
She is certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing, and has advanced training in AEDP.
IFS has transformed her life, her vision of the world and she feels honored to be able to contribute to its dissemination.
