IFS Level 3 Training
IFS Level 3 is designed for advanced practitioners who have mastered the theory and technique of the model and wish to deepen their experience from the Self. At this stage, the focus is on the personal and relational work, in the integration of the model's skills and in the development of a more stable and embodied presence of Self, both in clinical practice and in everyday life.
During the training, we will work intensively in a safe and collaborative environment through Demonstrations, guided practices, meditations, group discussions, experiential exercises, and role-playing games, with the purpose of expanding the capacity to respond from the Self even to the most complex challenges.
