DESCRIPTION
The Formation:
- Focuses on the challenges of accompanying clients who have extremely protective systems and/or have experienced trauma during childhood.
- Focuses on expanding knowledge of core processes unique to IFS, such as working with internal polarizations, Work with potentially dangerous fire parts, the direct access and download.
- Emphasizes the importance of therapeutic relationship expanding the participant's awareness of his or her own parts and relationship with them.
- It emphasizes the importance of leading from one's own Self in both the client and the therapist and offers many opportunities for self-exploration.
- Identify the “jam points” common for the IFS therapist and offers solutions to resolve these challenges.
TEACHING METHODOLOGY
- The training includes theoretical presentations, questions & answers, demonstrations, videos, practical exercises and practices in small groups.
- The training is divided into two parts of 3 days each and adds up to 32 hours of course.

Trainers

Imma Lloret
She has been a psychologist and psychotherapist for more than 30 years in Barcelona. As co-founder of the IFS Institute, she organizes IFS trainings, supervises and facilitates groups along with her private practice where she offers individual and couples psychotherapy. Imma has worked as an associate professor in the Psychology degree at the UOC (Open University of Catalonia).
She is certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing, and has advanced training in AEDP, as well as certified in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy by the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI) in the USA.
IFS has transformed her life, her vision of the world and she feels honored to be able to contribute to its dissemination.

Betlem Estrany Sanfeliu
She is a psychologist and psychotherapist with more than 30 years of experience. A few years ago she made a revolution and trained and certified in Somatic Experiencing, collaborating and going deeper many times as an assistant.
She then fell in love with the Internal Family System, training up to level 3, becoming certified and has also participated in multiple trainings as an assistant.
AEDP is another essential model for her, an integrative and relational model based on attachment.
In recent years he has been training in Neuroaffective Touch and psychedelic-assisted therapies, both very important for working on deep wounds that have to do with shame.
