DESCRIPTION
The Formation:
- Offers a novel and compassionate perspective to address addictive processes
and eating disorders, proposing an alternative to traditional approaches that are often polarized or contradictory. - Teaches how to apply key IFS concepts to the treatment of addictions and eating disorders.
- It emphasizes the importance of therapist self-reflection. Participants are encouraged to examine their own personal beliefs and reactions to these issues, as well as their cultural conditioning, in order to maintain a present and empathic Self-energy in the therapeutic process.
TEACHING METHODOLOGY
- The training includes theoretical presentations, questions & answers, demonstrations, videos, practical exercises and practices in small groups.
- The training lasts 6 days (32 hours)
- It will be given in English with simultaneous translation into Spanish.
