This 60-hour online training in the IFS model (Internal Family Systems) is designed for both professionals in the field of accompaniment and for people committed to their inner growth.

What makes this training unique?

No prior clinical training required. It is designed for people who accompany, or wish to accompany, on a non-psychotherapeutic basis.

Experiential. You will learn the model by experiencing it within yourself, in a nurturing environment, with room for exploration and integration.
- Supervised practices. You'll have space to practice the model in small groups of three people, with the assistance of an experienced supervisor dedicated to supporting you in your learning.

Oriented towards professional and personal development. It will transform the way you accompany… and also the way you accompany yourself.
*It does not qualify you as a certified therapist nor is it equivalent to an official Level 1, but it does allow you to apply basic IFS principles and practices in a efficient and responsible.

Structure and contents
Total Duration: 60 hours organized into five intensive modules of two days each.
Format: The training is conducted live online via Zoom. A minimum of 80% live attendance is required to receive a certificate of participation. Due to the experiential and confidential nature of the practices, the meetings are not recorded.

Types of parties: protectors (managers and firefighters) and exiles.

Therapeutic objectives of the IFS approach.

Identification and classification of protective parts.

Roles, dynamics and functions of protectors in the internal system.

- Sequence of steps for working with an internal part.
- Development of a relationship of trust between the Self and the parts.
- Guided practices to apply the process to yourself and others.
- Identification of personal, inherited or cultural burdens.
- Steps to release the parts from their limiting beliefs or emotions.
- Integration of transformed parts into the internal system.

Trainers

Pilar de la Torre
Lead Trainer
She has been a psychologist and Gestalt psychotherapist for over thirty years. She is a certified IFS trainer and co-founder of the IFS Institute. She organizes official IFS training in Spain.
She has supervision groups and has been supporting individuals, families, and couples in IFS-based psychotherapy for 30 years.
She is trained in body therapy and is the founder and director of the Institute of Nonviolent Communication.
He has experienced how IFS has transformed his life and the lives of many people he supports. He has a strong commitment to spreading this vision of the human being in the world.

Imma Lloret
She has been a psychologist and psychotherapist for more than 30 years in Barcelona. As co-founder of the IFS Institute, she organizes IFS trainings, supervises and facilitates groups along with her private practice where she offers individual and couples psychotherapy. Imma has worked as an associate professor in the Psychology degree at the UOC (Open University of Catalonia).
She is certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing, and has advanced training in AEDP, as well as certified in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy by the Integrative Psychiatry Institute (IPI) in the USA.
IFS has transformed her life, her vision of the world and she feels honored to be able to contribute to its dissemination.

The reservation is non-refundable.

In the event of a cancellation, you can use the reservation amount as credit for another training session. A 20% administrative fee will apply, but the money will not be refunded.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations received 30 days before the start of the training will be refunded for the full amount of the training, less a 20% administrative fee. Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund and will be responsible for full payment of the training.
The course is subject to the minimum number of registrations required.
